This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of soft skill competence, teamwork and work discipline on employee’s performance in the working areas of subdistrict
offices in Wakatobi regency. This research uses descriptive analytical research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire as main data collection tool. The research population was all sub-district office employees in Wakatobi regency, totaling 97 people. The results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of soft skill competence, teamwork and work discipline partially on employee’s performance the working areas of sub-district offices in Wakatobi regency, and 2) there is a positive
and significant influence of soft skill competence, teamwork and work discipline simultaneously on employee’s performance in the working area of Subdistrict offices in Wakatobi regency. 3) the dominan variable affecting the employee’s performance in the working areas of sub-district offices in Wakatobi regency is work discipline.
