This research was conducted on a ship agency company in North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, with a total of 61 respondents and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis techniques.
The results of the analysis showed that (1) Work discipline, work motivation and organizational culture had a positive effect partially and significantly on employee performance. (2) Work discipline, work motivation and organizational culture have a positive effect simultaneously and significantly on the performance of workers. (3) The
most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Ship Agency Company in North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province is Work Motivation.
