Abstract
Muh Fadhli Nasir. 2024. The Influence of Employee Acceptance and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as a Moderating Variable at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. Tangerang Regency, supervised by Azlan Azhari and Irwan.
The aim of this study is to analyze (1) The influence of employee acceptance on employee performance. (2) The influence of interpersonal communication on employee
performance. (3) The influence of employee acceptance on employee performance when moderated by work motivation. (4) The influence of interpersonal communication on performance when moderated by work motivation.
This research uses a quantitative approach. Descriptive quantitative approach is applied in determining the sample. The sample in this study consists of 81 employee respondents at Ramayana Tangerang Regency. Data analysis is conducted using path analysis with the Smart-PLS application.
The results of the study show that the employee acceptance process at Ramayana Tangerang Regency is categorized as quite good, but the ongoing employee acceptance process has not significantly impacted the improvement of employee performance, both directly and when moderated by work motivation. Furthermore, the implications of interpersonal communication variables at Ramayana Tangerang Regency are categorized as good and have a very positive impact on improving employee performance. However, with suboptimal work motivation, the indirect influence of interpersonal communication associated with work motivation on employee performance becomes suboptimal.
