This research aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, work culture on the performance of state civil servants at the East Sinjai District Office, Sinjai Regency. This type of research is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a source of data collection.
The population in this study were all employees of the East Sinjai District Office, Sinjai Regency, while the sampling technique used a saturated sample where the entire
population was sampled so that the sample obtained was 41 people. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis. The results of this research show that 1. The
assumption is accepted that leadership influences the performance of employees at the East Sinjai sub-district office, Sinjai district. 2. The assumption is accepted that the work environment influences the performance of employees at the East Sinjai sub-district office, Sinjai district. 3. The assumption is accepted that work culture influences the
performance of East Sinjai subdistrict office employees, Sinjai district 4. Leadership, work environment, work culture simultaneously influence the performance of East Sinjai subdistrict office employees, Sinja district5. The work environment variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of East Sinjai District Office employees, Sinjai Regency.
