Abstract
Muh Asri Wahyuddin. 2024. The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance through Work Discipline at the Makassar TPI Class I Immigration Office, supervised by Badaruddin and Azlan Azhari.
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance through work discipline at the Makassar TPI Class I Immigration Office.
This research uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool, using a saturated sampling technique. The sample used is the entire population, namely 105 employees. This research was conducted at the Makassar TPI Class I Immigration Office.
The results show that (1) Leadership style directly has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. (2) Organizational commitment directly has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. (3) Leadership style
directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Organizational commitment directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance. (6) Leadership style directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. (7) Organizational commitment directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at the Makassar Class I
Immigration Office.
