This research uses qualitative. These data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data was obtained from several informants and the
results of interview observations were assisted by recording devices (smartphones), literature studies, documentation studies, and internet searches.
The research results conclude that the development of the industrial world is currently increasingly rapid, in both manufacturing and service industries. In a company,
of course, there are many employees who play an important role in achieving a company's goals. PT. Huadi Nickel Bantaeng is an industry that operates in the garment
manufacturing sector. A company certainly has a lot of human resources or what could also be called employees. These employees are required to have stable performance so
that the company continues to run well. Therefore, proposals are needed in the form of continuous performance improvements in future communities.
