Abstract

Mewangi. 20221. The Influence of Education Level, Training and Teaching Experience on Teacher Professionalism at SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju, supervised by Anwar and Didin.
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of the level of education, training and teaching experience partially on the attitude of teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri 1
Mamuju (2) the influence of the level of education, training and teaching experience simultaneously on the attitude of professionalism of teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju.
The research approach used is an explanatory quantitative approach. The research was conducted on teachers at SMPN 1 Mamuju. The time of the study was carried out in August 2021. With a population of 34 teachers. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.
The results showed that (1) there was no positive and significant influence on the level of education partially on the attitude of teacher professionalism at SMPN 1 Mamuju
(2) there was a positive and significant influence on partial training on the attitude of professionalism of teachers at SMPN 1 Mamuju (3) there was a positive influence and partially significant teaching experience on the attitude of teacher professionalism at SMPN 1 Mamuju (4) there is a positive and significant influence on the level of education, training and teaching experience simultaneously on the attitude of teacher professionalism
at SMPN 1 Mamuju.
