income on the performance of the Department of Trade, Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises in Selayar Archipelago Regency.
This research uses a quantitative method. The study was conducted at the office of the Department of Trade, Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises in Selayar
Archipelago Regency. The research distributed questionnaires to 40 respondents.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variables of information technology and the work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while additional income does not influence the performance of employees at the Department of Trade, Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises in Selayar Archipelago Regency. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of information technology, work environment, and additional income have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Trade, Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises in Selayar Archipelago Regency.
