PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU TK DI KECAMATAN BACUKIKI BARAT KOTA PAREPARE

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work environment and principal leadership on the performance of Kindergarten teachers in West Bacukiki District, Parepare City.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at Kindergarten in West Bacukiki District, Parepare City. When the research was conducted from September to October 2020. The study population was all kindergarten teachers who taught in West Bacukiki District, Parepare City, as many as 49 people spread over 10 kindergartens. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the sampling method, namely using the saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population, amounting to 49 people, can be used as samples.
The results showed that (1) there was a significant positive pengaruf of principal leadership on the performance of Kindergarten teachers in West Bacukiki District (2) there
was no significant positive pengaruf of teacher competence on the performance of Kindergarten teachers in West Bacukiki District (3) there was no significant positive influence on work environment on performance Kindergarten teachers in West Bacukiki District (4) have a significant positive influence on the leadership of the principal on the
performance of Kindergarten teachers in West Bacukiki District. Based on the research results obtained determination (R square) of 0.313 which means that the independent variable (X) which includes the ability of teachers, work environment, and leadership of the principal contributed to the performance of kindergarten teachers in West Bacukiki District, Parepare City by 31.3% , while the remaining 68.7% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.
