Abstract

Mawahid. 2024. The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Civil Service Police Unit in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, and discipline on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, and discipline on employee performance. (3) Which variable has the most significant impact on employee performance.
The research was conducted at the Office of the Regional Civil Service Police Unit in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The sample consisted of 56 employees from the Office of the Regional Civil Service Police Unit in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods included questionnaires and document studies. The
analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, transformational leadership style, work environment, and discipline have a positive and significant influence on
employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, transformational leadership style, work environment, and discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) Partially, the discipline variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Civil Service Police Unit in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province.
