Abstract
Maulidin Perkasa. 2021. The Effect of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Facilities on Employee Performance in the Culture and Tourism Office of Majene Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Abd. Rahman Abdi.
The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of leadership style, incentives and work facilities partially on employee performance (2) the effect of leadership style, incentives and work facilities simultaneously on employee performance (3) the most dominant variables affects the employee performance.
This study was conducted at the Department of Culture and Tourism of Majene Regency. This study uses a saturated sample, in this case the employees of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Majene Regency as many as 49 samples. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with explanative research objectives. In collecting data, the researcher used primary data in the form of a questionnaire addressed
to employees of the Majene Regency Culture and Tourism Office. This study uses multiple
linear analysis (Multiple regression analysis).
The results of the analysis show that leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, incentives have no significant effect on employee performance,
with a significant level of 0.046> 0.05 or the value of tcount (2.053) <ttable (2.679) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 or the value of tcount (4.173) > t table (2.679) means that work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance, while the simultaneous test value (f) is obtained with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 or the
calculated F value (9,078)> F table (2.81) which means Leadership Style, Incentives and Work facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Culture and Tourism Office of Majene Regency.
