This study aims to determine (1) Partially the effect of educational background, work experience, and ASN competency variables on public service performance. (2) Simultaneously the influence of educational background, work experience, and competence of ASN on public service performance. (3) The most dominant variable influencing the performance of public services at the Jeneponto Regency Library and Archives Service.
The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample that is as many as 49 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire.
The results show that (1) The partially education, work experience, and ASN competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the
Jeneponto Regency Library and Archives Service. (2) The simultaneously education, work experience, and ASN competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Library and Archives Service. (3) The education variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency
Library and Archives Service.
