Abstract

M. Junaid A. 2023. The Influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi
Province, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Reynilda.
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and discipline on employee performance.
The research was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province, involving all employees, including analysts, functional positions,
and structural positions, totaling 56 civil servants in this research sample.
The results of the study indicate that (1) Partially, the variables of leadership style, motivation, and discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of leadership style, motivation, and discipline have a
significant positive influence on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province. (3) The leadership style variable has a dominant influence on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
