Abstract

M.AL BAQIR. 2023. The Influence Of Competence, Job Placement And Workload On Employee Performance At The Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Maros, Supervised By Abdullah And H. Said.
This study used a quantitative research method, in which the samples in this study were taken randomly without paying attention to the existing strata in the population, data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis
techniques used analysis techniques Research Instrument Test which was divided into Validity tests and Reliability tests. Classical Assumption test which is divided into Normality test, Multicollinearity test, Autocorrelation test and
Heteroskesdasrisity test. Multiple Regression Analysis. Hypothesis test which is divided into Individual Parameter Significance Test (T Statistical Test), F Statistical Test and Test Dominantly (Beta Test).
The results of the research variable X1 show that the independent variable employee competence averages 23.34 with a standard deviation of 2.765, an average work placement of 30.78 with a standard deviation of 4.452, an average
workload of 22.75 with a standard deviation of 2.974 indicates that there is the positive and significant influence between competency variables on employee
performance is shown from the coefficient value of the competency variable `of 0.02 <0.05. This means that competence has a positive and significant effect.
Variable X2 shows that there is no influence between the work placement variable on employee performance as shown by the coefficient value of the work placement variable of 0.126 > 0.05. Variable X3 has a positive and significant influence between workload variables on employee performance with a workload variable coefficient value of 0.00 <0.05. Variable Y shows that simultaneously competency, work placement, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05.
