Abdul Hamid. 2021. The Effect of Work Environment, Discipline, and Motivation on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Office of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Deddy Rahwandi.
This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of Work Environment, Discipline, and Motivation partially on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Office of Agriculture
and Food at Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the effect of Work Environment, Discipline, and Motivation simultaneously on Employee Work Effectiveness in the Office. The Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable influencing the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Office of the Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study was conducted at the Office of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency, Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample technique, as many as 90 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially the Work Environment, Discipline, and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Office of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that increasing the Work Environment, Discipline, and Motivation is able to increase the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) simultaneously shows that the variables of Work Environment, Discipline, and Motivation have an effect on the Work
Effectiveness of Employees at the Office of Agriculture and Pangan Polewali Mandar Regency, which means that increasing the Work Environment, Discipline, and Motivation will simultaneously affect the increase in Employee Work Effectiveness at the Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) partially shows that the discipline variable has a dominant influence on the Effectiveness of Employee Work at the Office. The Department of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency,
this shows that the better the discipline of employees will increase the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency.
