This study aims to determine (1) The influence of organizational culture, morale, and job satisfaction partially on employee productivity. (2) The influence
of organizational culture, morale, and job satisfaction. (3) Variables that have a dominant influence on employee work productivity at the Department of Transportation of West Sulawesi Province.
This research approach uses survey research. The research population is all employees at the Department of Transportation of West Sulawesi Province.
Determination of the sample in this study by means of total sampling with a total sample of 62 people.
The test results show that (1) Partially the variables of organizational culture, work enthusiasm, and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee
work productivity. (2) Simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, work enthusiasm, and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee work productivity.(3) The work enthusiasm has a dominant influence on the work productivity of employees at the West Sulawesi Province Transportation Service.
