Abstract
Kurniawan Harikesuma Ahmar. 2023. The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Public Service Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional
Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province, supervised by Andi Ririn Oktaviani and Azlan Ashari.
This research aims to determine (1) The partial and simultaneous influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and public service motivation on performance.
(2) The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Regional Civil Service Agency.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted from May to June 2023 at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were employees with ASN status at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province, with a research sample of 97 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The research results show that (1) Partially, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and public service motivation have a positive and significant influence on
employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and public service motivation have a positive and significant influence on improving
employee performance. (3) The public service motivation variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province.
