Abstract
Kuntomo Agung Pribadi. 2024. The Influence of Human Resource Empowerment Management, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Makassar, supervised by Reynilda and Azlan Ashari.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of human resource empowerment, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of human resource empowerment, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable that influences employee performance at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Makassar.
This study was conducted at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Makassar with a sample of 105 employees. The data used in this study are quantitative data.
The results of the study conclude that (1) Partially, human resource empowerment, work environment, and job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, human resource empowerment, work environment, and job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance.(3) The most dominant variable that influences employee performance at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Makassar is the variable of human resource empowerment management.
