Abstract

Kasmawani. 2024. The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Work life balance and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar. (supervised by Ridwan and M. Idrus.)

This research aims to analyze 1) the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar. 2) the influence of work life
balance on employee performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar. 3) the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar 4) the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research population was 300 employees, the sample used was 75 people whose determination used the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis..
The research results show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar 2) there is a positive and significant influence between Work life balance on Employee Performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar. 4) The Work life balance variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Makassar.
