This research is a quantitative study using a survey research design. The research objective was to test and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and
professionalism on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Bacukiki subdistrict, Parepare city.
The population used in this study were all public elementary
school teachers in Bacukiki sub-district.
The sample was determined using the Slovin formula in which
the researcher obtained a sample of 76 teachers. Data analysis using multiple regression test.
The results of the T test show that professionalism has a significant effect on teacher performance, while competence and motivation have no significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, the F test shows that competence, motivation and professionalism simultaneously influence teacher performance.
