This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of competence, work facilities, and discipline on employee performance at the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) The simultaneous
influence of competence, work facilities, and discipline on employee performance at the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research uses a quantitative method. The research was conducted at the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variables of competence, work facilities, and discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee
performance at the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
(2) Simultaneously, the variables of competence, work facilities, and discipline, have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Nene Mallomo
Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
