Abstract
Jumasari Mansur, 2023. The Influence of Oganizational Climate, Integrity, and Innovation on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng
Regency (supervised by Muhammad Idris and Sylvia Sjarlis).
This study aims to acknowledge the effect of oganizational climate, integrity, and innovation partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees, and also to analyze the domain variable in effecting on the performance of the employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency.
The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency with a research time of 2 months. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency, totaling 37 civil servants. The sample used in this study is the total population.The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency, totaling 37 civil servants. The use of the total population as a research sample is referred to as saturated sampling. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing show that the Fcount value is 22,246 and Ftable with a value of 2.89. So it indicates that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that organization climate, integrity, and innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency. From the description of the test, it is known that integrity and innovation partially have positive and significant effect on theperformance of the employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency. With each value tcount and ttable as 2, 899 > 2,032 and significance value 0,007 < 0,05 and tcount and ttable 2,113 > 2,032 and significance value 0,042 < 0,05. Meanwhile, the organizational climate partially doesn’t positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Inspectorate. With the result test which was conducted showing that the organizational climate variable with tcount as -0,373 and ttable as 2,032. So it is known -0,373 < 2,032 and significance value 0,712 > 0,05. Furthermore, the integrity variable is the most dominant
influencing variable with a beta value of 0,577.
