This study aims to analyze (1) The effect of performance allowance, work stress, and work motivation on employee performance. (2) The influence of performance allowance and work stress on employee work motivation. (3) The influence of performance allowance and work stress on employee performance through work motivation at Class I Correctional Institution Makassar.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Class I Correctional Institution Makassar with a research population of 143
people. The sample selection in this study was done using saturation sampling technique.
Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis techniques use Multiple Regression Analysis and Sobel.
The results of the study show that performance allowance and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work motivation
also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These results indicate that performance allowance and work stress affect work motivation, which in
turn affects the performance of employees at the Class I Correctional Institution
Makassar.
