This study aims to analyze the influence of job placement, work discipline, and organizational culture on the performance of immigration officers at the Class I
Immigration Office, TPI Makassar.
Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at the Class I Immigration Office, TPI
Makassar, and lasted for approximately two months from January 2024 to March 2024. The population of the study consisted of all employees at the Class I Immigration Office, TPI Makassar, totaling 105 employees. The research used a saturated sampling technique, so the sample size was the entire population of 105 employees.
The results of the analysis show that (1) Job placement has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Class I Immigration Office in Makassar.
(2) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Class I Immigration Office in Makassar. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Class I Immigration Office in Makassar. (4) Job placement, work discipline, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on work productivity at the Class I Immigration Office in Makassar.
