This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, discipline and work culture on employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. In addition, this study also aims to determine the variables that have the most dominant influence from this study.
This research is a quantitative research using data collection techniques through questionnaires. This research was conducted at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Polewali Mandar Regency which was carried out from April to May 2023. The population of this study were all employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Polewali Mandar Regency. The sample uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled, which is 40 people.
The results showed that leadership style and discipline did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work culture showed results that had an influence on employee performance as well as being the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Polewali Mandar Regency.
