Abstract
Irwan. 2023. The Influence of Work Motivation, Competence, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Bappelitbangda Employees of South Sulawesi Province, supervised by
Syamsul Alam and Azlan Azhari.
This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of work motivation, competency, and job satisfaction variables on the performance of Bappelitbangda South Sulawesi Province employees. (2) The simultaneous effect of work motivation,
competency, and job satisfaction variables on the performance of Bappelitbangda South Sulawesi Province employees.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique usedis multiple linear regression analysis with 126 samples taken and using the Slovin
technique. While the tool used for data analysis is IBM SPSS 26 Software.
The results show that (1) The Partially, the variables of work motivation,competence, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. (2) The Simultaneously the variables of work motivation, competence, andjob satisfaction have a positive effect on the performance of Bappelitbangda South Sulawesi Province employees.
