Abstract

Irvan Djamil. 2023. The Influence of Work Discipline, Competence, and Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, supervised by Giri Dwi Nanda and Syahruddin Yasen.
This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of work discipline, competence, and motivation on the performance of employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Service.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the census method (saturated sampling), namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 67 employees.
The results of the study show that (1) Work discipline, competence, and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Service.(2) Work discipline, competence, and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Selayar Islands Regency
Population and Civil Registration Service.
