This research aims to analyze (1) The effect of compensation on the performance of District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (2) The influence of work
discipline on the performance of District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (3) The influence of work motivation on the performance of District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (4) The influence of compensation, work discipline and work
motivation on the performance of District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (5) The most dominant variable influencing the performance of District Secretariat
employees. Mamuju.
This type of research uses quantitative research with a survey approach. Research was conducted at the District Secretariat. Mamuju. The research period was carried out from January 2024 to February 2024. The research population
was all employees of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Government of Mamuju Regency. The sample size was drawn using the Slovin Formula with a sample size of 59 respondents. The research results show that (1) Compensation
has a positive and significant effect on the performance of District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (3) Work motivation
has a positive and significant effect on the performance of District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (4) Compensation, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of
District Secretariat employees. Mamuju. (5) The work discipline that has the most dominant influence on the performance of District Secretariat employees Mamuju.
