This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of organizational climate on the performance of Civil Servants and Human Resources Development Agency in Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) the effect of motivation on the performance of Civil Servants Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (3) the influence of Work Discipline on the Performance of Civil Servant
Agency and Human Resource Development in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (4) the influence of Organizational Climate, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously on the Performance of Civil Servant Agency and Human Resource Development of Sidenreng Rappang Regency (5) the influence of Motivation as the most dominant variable influencing the performance of PNS Staffing Agency and Human Resource
Development of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on Civil Servants of the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency... and was carried out from April-May 2023. The research population was Civil Servants of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a total of 37 people. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 37 civil servants. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate on the performance of Civil Servants Agency and Human
Resource Development in Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on the performance of Civil Servants Agency
and Human Resources Development in Sidenreng Regency Rappang (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of Civil Servant and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate, motivation and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of civil servant staff and development agency Human Resources in Sidenreng Rappang Regency (5) Motivation variable is the variable that has the most dominant effect on the performance of Civil Servants Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The R-Square value in this study is 0.748.
