Abstract

Ilhamda, 2022. The Influence of Human Resources, Service and Cooperation on Customer Satisfaction of Pelni Ambon Branch Passengers in Maluku Province during the Covid-19 pandemic (Guided by Maryadi, Sylvia Sjarlis).
The purpose of this study is to analyze and assess the influence of Human Resources, Services and Cooperation on customer satisfaction of PT Pelni Ambon Branch of Maluku Province during the Covid-19 pandemic In this study, researchers used a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population in this study is all passengers of the Pelni ship entering and docking at the Port of Ambon city as many as 90 people, with the sampling technique is cross sectional. Hypothesis testing using Multilinear Logistic Regression Test.
The results of this study show that: human resources do not have a positive effect on satisfaction, service has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and cooperation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of PT Pelni Ambon Branch passengers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
