PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, SARANA & PRASARANA DAN PROSES LAYANAN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN KEMENTRIAN SOSIAL KOTA MAKASSAR

This study intends to examine the variables that affect the service quality of employees. There are several articles that have explored the creation of service quality in
organizations. This study was conducted at the Family Hope Program (PKH) of the Ministry of Social Affairs of Makassar City. Sampling using total sampling, which draws all the population as many as 116 respondents (employees) but there are samples that do not meet the criteria so that the sample used is 71 samples. The research analysis technique used SPSS V26. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that human resources have a positive and significant effect on service quality, the second hypothesis shows that facilities & infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on service quality, while testing the third hypothesis shows that service processes cannot affect
service quality.
