Abstract

Housni. 2023. The Influence of Leadership Style, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Immigration Office of Makassar City, supervised by Saban Echdar and Fatmasari.
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, communication, and work discipline on employee performance at the Immigration Office of Makassar City.
The research uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods using questionnaires with a sample size of 45 people. Data analysis is done using multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing is conducted through partial and simultaneous tests.
The results of the study show that (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Immigration Office of Makassar City. (2) Communication has a positive and significant influence on
employee performance at the Immigration Office of Makassar City. (3) Work discipline does not have a significant influence on employee performance at the Immigration Office of Makassar City. (4) Leadership style, communication, and
work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Immigration Office of Makassar City. (5) Communication is the most dominant variable and has a significant impact on employee performance at the Immigration Office of Makassar City.
