This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of complaint reception management, human resource competence, and leadership on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of complaint reception management, human resource
competence, and leadership on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable affecting employee performance at Class I Immigration Office TPI Makassar.
This research was conducted at Class I Immigration Office TPI Makassar. The sample was determined using saturated sampling method with a total of 105 employees.
The analysis method used is statistical analysis, and the data collection methods used are questionnaires, document study, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression
analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Complaint reception management, human resource competence, and leadership have a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance, (2) Complaint reception management, human resource competence, and leadership have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on employee performance, (3) The complaint reception management variable has the most
dominant influence on employees at Class I Immigration Office TPI Makassar.
