Abstract
Herni. 2023. The Influence of Career Development, Organizational Climate, and Motivation on the Performance of Sidenreng Rappang Regency Water Resources Management Service (PSDA) Employees, supervised by Haeranah Alwany and Reynilda.
This research aims to determine (1) The partial influence of career development variables, organizational climate, and motivation on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of career development variables, organizational climate, and motivation on the performance of Sidenreng Regency Water Resources Management Service (PSDA) employees.
This research uses quantitative methods. The data used is primary data and secondary data obtained from the technique of distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents.
The results show that (1) Partially the career development variable has a negative effect on employee performance, while the organizational climate and motivation
variables have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable. (2) In the simultaneous test of self-development variables, organizational climate, and
motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sidenreng Regency Water Resources Management Service (PSDA).
