Abstract

Hasriani Yusuf. 2024. The Influence of Competence, Work Environment, and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at the Integrated Service Center of the Health Department in Bantaeng Regency, supervised by Muh.Hidayat and Abdullah.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of competence, work environment, and work commitment on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of competence, work environment, and work commitment on employee performance. (3) The dominant variable that influences employee performance.
This study uses a quantitative method and is conducted at the Health Department in Bantaeng Regency. The data collection method used in this study is a survey with a
sample of 36 employees using a questionnaire distributed to the respondents.
The results show that (1) Partially, the variable of job competence has a positive but not significant influence on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, work commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Integrated Service Center of the Health Department in Bantaeng Regency. (2)
