Abstract
Hasnidar Wahidin. 2024. Determinants of Mobile Banking Adoption for SMEs towards the Performance of BNI Bank in Pinrang Regency, supervised by Rustan and Yuswari.
This study aims to provide an overview of the factors influencing company performance, with independent variables from the dimensions of mobile banking adoption, including service quality, security, trust, and ease of use. The study further examines company performance as the dependent variable.
The research adopts a quantitative approach using explanatory research format. The research analysis unit focuses on SMEs in Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi.
The research object is BNI Bank Branch Office in Pinrang. The research population includes SMEs registered with accounts at BNI Bank Branch Office in Pinrang using
passive Mobile Banking in 2023, totaling 273 individuals. The sample size for this study is 73 individuals, determined using the Slovin formula.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, service quality has a positive impact on company performance. Security does not affect company performance. Trust does not affect company performance. Ease of use influences company performance. (2) Simultaneously, service quality, security, trust, and ease of use have a positive and significant impact on company performance.
