Abstract
Hasniar. 2019. The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sulawesi Branch, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sulawesi Branch.
This research approach uses a descriptive approach to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, supported by questionnaire data collection techniques, literature studies, and site surveys. Determination of the sample by using a saturated sample in order to obtain a total sample of 50 employees.
The results of the study show that the variables of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From this study, it was obtained that the R Square value was .583 or 58.3% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational
leadership, job satisfaction, and work motivation. While the remaining 41.7% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
