Abstract

Hasmah Idris, 2024. The Influence of Organizational Culture and Spiritual Intelligence on Work Motivation and Employee Performance at IAIN Parepare, supervised by Badaruddin and Agustina Rantesalu.
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and spiritual intelligence on work motivation and employee performance at IAIN Parepare.
This research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, analyzing secondary data and using questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The research
population includes all Civil Servant Lecturers and Non-Civil Servant lecturers (Government Employees who are Non-Civil Servants) at IAIN Parepare, totaling 251 individuals.
The results of the study indicate that (1) Organizational culture has a positive influence on the work motivation of Civil Servant and Non-Civil Servant Lecturers at IAIN
Parepare. (2) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant impact on the work motivation of Civil Servant and Non-Civil Servant Lecturers at IAIN Parepare. (3)
Organizational culture has a negative and insignificant impact on performance. (4) Spiritual intelligence has a significant positive impact on the performance of lecturers at IAIN Parepare. (5) Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on lecturer performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. (6) Spiritual
intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable for Civil Servant Lecturers at IAIN Parepare.
