This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the Influence of Work Commitment, Competence and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the East Sinjai District Office, Sinjai Regency. This type of research is a quantitative approach using questionnaires as a source of data collection.
The population in this study is all employees of the East Sinjai District Office, Sinjai Regency, while the sampling technique uses saturated samples where the entire
population is used as a sample so that the sample obtained amounted to 39 people. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis. The results of this study show that 1.
