This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of career development, competence, and leadership on the improvement of personnel performance at the sidrap
police resort. (2) The simultaneous influence of career development, competence, and leadership on the improvement of personnel performance at the sidrap police resort. (3)
The most dominant variable affecting the improvement of personnel performance at the sidrap police resort.
The research was conducted on personnel at the sidrap police resort. the sample size was determined using saturation sampling, with 82 employees at the sidrap police resort included. data collection methods included questionnaires and document studies. the analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear
regression.
The results of the study show that (1) partially, career development, competence, and leadership have a positive and significant influence on the improvement of personnel performance at the sidrap police resort. (2) simultaneously, career development, competence, and leadership have a positive and significant influence on the personnel at the sidrap police resort. (3) the career development variable has the most dominant influence on the personnel at the sidrap police resort.
