Abstract
Harlina. 2023. The Influence of Competence, Training, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency, supervised by M. Salim D and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of competence, training, and work motivation on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of competence, training, and work motivation on employee performance. (3) Which variable has the most significant impact on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency.
This research uses a quantitative method. The sample selection involved 47 employees. Data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. The analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and representative statistics.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variables of competence, training, and work motivation influence employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, the
variables of competence, training, and work motivation influence employee performance.
(3) The work motivation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency.
