This study aims to determine (1) The influence of education, professionalism, and organizational commitment partially on employee performance. (2) The influence of education, professionalism, and organizational commitment simultaneously on employee performance. (3) The variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of
employees at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning in West Sulawesi Province.
This research approach uses survey research. The study population was all employees at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning in West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample in this study by means of total sampling with a total sample of 71 people.
The results show that (1) The partially the variables of education, professionalism, and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) The simultaneously the variables of education,
professionalism, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. (3) The organizational commitment has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning in West Sulawesi Province.
