Abstract

Halida Nuriah H. 2024. "The Influence of Human Capital and Network Capability on Employee Performance is Mediated by Organizational Commitment at the Majene Regency Transportation Service, West Sulawesi Province. (Supervised by Ridwan and Haeranah).
This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital and networking capability on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment at the Majene Regency Transportation Service, West Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a sample size of 120 people. The analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis is path analysis.
The results of the research show that 1) Human capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 2) Networking capability has a positive
and significant effect on organizational commitment, 3) Human capital has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Networking capability has a positive and significant effect on performance employees, 5) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) Human capital has a
significant effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment, 7) Networking capabilities have a significant effect on employee performance mediated by
organizational commitment.
