This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profesional competence, learning activities and learning media on the quality of the Kindergarten learning process in Cluster 1 Region 2, Selayar Islands Regency.
The method used in this research is quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. This research was conducted from April to May 2021 with Kindergarten teachers in Cluster 1 Region 2, Selayar Islands Regency, with a
total population as well as a sample of 46 people.
The results showed that: There was a positive and significant effect of profesional competence, learning activities, and learning media partially on the quality of the Kindergarten learning process in Cluster 1 Region 2, Selayar Islands Regency, with tcount 3,193 (X1), 2,916 (X2), 2,503 (X3)> t table 2,018. Reject H0, Accept H1. There is a positive and significant influence of profesional competence, learning activities, and learning media simultaneously on the quality of the Kindergarten learning process in Cluster 1 Region 2, Selayar Islands Regency,
where Fcount = 9,502> Ftable = 2.83. Reject H0, Accept H1. The most dominant variable of profesional competence has an effect on the quality of the kindergarten learning process in Cluster 1 Region 2, Selayar Islands Regency, seen from the value of determination, which is 0.269.
