Abstract
Fitriah. 2024. The Influence of Work Discipline, Workload, and Employee Welfare on Employee Performance at the Office of the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency, supervised by Nawir Rahman and Erik Rachim.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of Work Discipline, Workload, and Employee Welfare variables on Employee Performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of Work Discipline, Workload, and Employee Welfare variables
on Employee Performance. (3) The variable that has a dominant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency.
This research was conducted at the Office of the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency. This is a quantitative research with a survey method with a sample of 38 respondents.
Based on the results of the study, it shows that (1) Partially, Work Discipline, Workload, and Employee Welfare have a positive and significant influence on Employee
Performance. (2) Simultaneously, Work Discipline, Workload, and Employee Welfare have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. (3) The variable that has a dominant influence on Employee Performance is the Workload
variable at the Office of the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency.
