Abstract
Fetty Fatimah. 2023. The Analysis of the Influence of Organizational Culture, Quality of Human Resources, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance in Class I Detention Centers in Makassar, supervised by Sarifuddin and Agustina Rantesalu.
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, quality of human resources, motivation, and discipline on employee performance at the Makassar Class I Detention Center.
This research uses survey research which takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The research population was all employees at the Makassar Class 1 Detention Center totaling 175 people and the sample used the sampling method in this research using the Slovin sample formula so that the sample consisted of 64 employees.
The research results show that (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The quality of human resources has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on
