The purpose of this study is to analyze whether inpatient facilities affect patient satisfaction, to analyze whether hospital image affects patient satisfaction, and to analyze
whether inpatient facilities and hospital image simultaneously affect JKN patient satisfaction at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency.
The research approach used is quantitative research, with the research location at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency. The population in this study is JKN patients at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency with a total sample of 85 people. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling. In this study, the instrument was tested by validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out. The hypothesis test was
carried out with the t test and the F test.
The results of this study show that: 1) Inpatient facilities have a significant effect on the satisfaction of JKN patients at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar
Regency. 2) Hospital image has a significant effect on JKN patient satisfaction at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency 3) Inpatient facilities and hospital
image simultaneously have a significant effect on JKN patient satisfaction at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency.
