This study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation, and capital assistance on increasing the welfare of MSME actors in the Mamuju Regency.
This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents studied was 40 MSME actors in Mamuju Regency who were used as research samples.
The results show that (1) The training variable partially has no positive effect on increasing the welfare of MSME actors. (2) The motivation partially has a positive effect
on increasing the welfare of MSME actors. (3) Partially capital assistance variable has a positive effect on increasing the welfare of MSME actors. (4) The variable of capital assistance is the variable that has the most dominant effect on increasing the welfare of MSME actors in the Mamuju Regency.
