This study aims to determine (1) The influence of leadership, organizational culture, and competence partially on employee performance. (2) The influence of leadership, organizational culture, and competence simultaneously on employee performance. (3) Variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Bureau of Economics and Development Administration of West Sulawesi Province. This research approach uses survey research. The research population is all employees at the Bureau of Economics and Development Administration of West Sulawesi Province.
Determination of the sample in this study by means of total sampling with a total sample of 49 people.
The test results show that (1) Partially the variables of leadership, organizational culture, and competence have a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously the variables of leadership, organizational culture, and competence have a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Competence has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Bureau of Economics and
Development Administration of West Sulawesi Province.
