This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work discipline, and quality of service on the satisfaction of village government officials with employee services in Nuha District, East Luwu Regency.
Quantitative research approach, the data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection methods using questionnaires, and data analysis with multiple linear regression.
The results show that (1) The Competence has no significant effect on the satisfaction of village government officials with employee services in Nuha District. 2) The Work discipline has a significant effect on the satisfaction of
village government officials with employee services in the Nuha District. 3) The Quality of service has a significant effect on the satisfaction of village government officials with employee services in the Nuha District. 4) The Competence, work discipline, and quality of service simultaneously have a significant effect on the satisfaction of village government officials with employee services in Nuha District.
